Ravens 24, Titans 18: Loop from 64, Then Survive

October 4, 2026 - Baltimore - It was raining. It was 21-7. Tyler Loop had 64 yards and no time, and he made it anyway. Then Lamar Jackson did not come back out for the second half, and the Baltimore Ravens had to finish a 24-18 win the hard way.

Baltimore is 3-1 and snapped a four-game home losing streak that dated to last season, per the club. The Tennessee Titans are 0-4. Jackson went 15 of 20 for 222 yards and two scores in two quarters. Zay Flowers caught eight for 118 and one of them. Derrick Henry ran 23 times for 73 and the first touchdown.

7-7, a goal-line stop, then 98 yards

Henry scored from 5 on the opening series: 5 plays, 37 yards. Tony Pollard answered from 3 after 10 plays and 70 yards. 7-7.

Early in the second, Jackson fit a 19-yard ball to Flowers with Anthony Hill Jr. on his hip. 14-7. Tennessee reached fourth-and-goal at the 2. Pollard took a direct snap. Nnamdi Madubuike met him at the line. The Ravens took over. Eight plays, 98 yards, Mark Andrews from 3. 21-7. Loop from 64 as the half expired. 24-7.

The Ravens listed four starters who left: Jackson (ankle), Marlon Humphrey (calf), Durham Smythe (Achilles), Andrew Vorhees (foot). Tyler Huntley closed 8 of 9 for 63 yards and four rushes for 16. Baltimore scored zero points after the break. Loop was 1-for-1 on field goals and 3-for-3 on extra points. The 64-yarder was the difference between a two-score game and a one-score game when Ward finally found the end zone.

Rashod Bateman caught two for 46. Matthew Hibner had two for 34. Andrews finished five for 27 and the 3-yard score. Henry's 73 yards on 23 carries was work, not explosion. It was enough in the rain when the passing game had already done the damage.

Ward to 18, not to 24

Joey Slye made 33 in the third after 10 plays and 76 yards. 24-10. Cam Ward found Wan'Dale Robinson from 3 with 1:12 left and hit Gunnar Helm for two. 24-18. That was the last punch. Baltimore ran out what was left.

Ward finished 20 of 31 for 222 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and 27 rushing yards on four carries. Carnell Tate caught nine for 145 and did not find the end zone. Pollard ran 16 times for 48 and the 3-yarder. Wan'Dale Robinson, now in Tennessee, scored the late 3-yarder. Chimere Dike had a 15-yard catch. The Titans had eight first downs in the first quarter after totaling eight in the first half across the first three games, per Baltimore's recap, then seven in the second half.

Jermaine Johnson II had a sack and two tackles for loss. Trenton Simpson intercepted a pass. Kyle Hamilton had six solos, a tackle for loss, a pass defensed, and a forced fumble. Malaki Starks recovered a fumble. ESPN's box: Baltimore 384 yards, Tennessee 297. Thirteen Ravens penalties for 131 yards. Five Titans penalties for 32. Baltimore was 3 of 3 in the red zone, Tennessee 2 of 4. The score still held.

Jackson's two-quarter line (15 of 20, 222, two scores) is the reason Baltimore led 24-7. Huntley's job was not to win the game. It was to not give it back. He completed 8 of 9. Loop's 64-yarder was the last Baltimore point. The Ravens go to Atlanta. The Titans host Houston, still looking for a first win.
