Rams 35, Raiders 21: Stafford Passes Gabriel, Then Corum Closes It

October 25, 2026 - Las Vegas - Matt Gay missed from 51. Eight plays later Davis Allen was in the end zone from 3, and the afternoon the Los Angeles Rams needed had started.

Los Angeles beat the Las Vegas Raiders 35-21 at Allegiant Stadium. Both clubs are 3-4. The Rams snapped a two-game skid. The Raiders have lost four straight. Matthew Stafford completed 23 of 29 for 195 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. The Rams wrote that the third score, an 11-yarder to Puka Nacua, was career passing touchdown No. 155 in a Rams uniform, one past Roman Gabriel. NFL.com listed that ball at 12 yards. The club wrap and ESPN scoring both have 11. We are using 11.

Klint Kubiak did not dress it up. "Didn't give ourselves a chance. Started the game way too slow."

Four straight touchdown drives, 28-6 at the half

Gay's miss left Los Angeles at its 41. Stafford found Allen from 3. 7-0, 6:25 of the first. Dylan Laube returned the kick 42 yards to midfield. The Raiders settled for Gay from 30. 7-3.

Stafford hit Allen again from 5. 14-3. Nacua from 11 made it 21-3 with 4:15 left in the half. Emmanuel Forbes Jr. broke up a fourth-down throw. Six plays, 52 yards. Kyren Williams scored from 17. 28-3, 1:19 left. Gay made 27 as the half expired. 28-6.

Stafford was 17 of 19 for 148 at the break, the Raiders wrote. Los Angeles had 103 rushing yards by then.

Two scores in 99 seconds, then Corum from 4

The third quarter was empty on the board and messy everywhere else. Las Vegas converted a fake-punt pass, then failed fourth-and-2 from the Rams 13. Williams fumbled at the 30. Jeremy Chinn recovered. The original complete-pass ruling to Jalen Nailor was overturned, the Rams wrote, and Las Vegas turned it over on downs again.

A Blake Corum 43-yard touchdown run came off the board for a penalty. Then Kirk Cousins finally hit something that stuck. Tre Tucker scored from 37. The two-point try failed. 28-12, 14:51 of the fourth. Nakobe Dean intercepted a tip at the Rams 34. Cousins found Ashton Jeanty from 15. Another two-point try failed. 28-18.

Tyler Higbee converted third down with 15 yards. Twelve plays, 70 yards, 6:38. Corum finished from 4. 35-18. Gay made 36. 35-21.

Williams ran 16 times for 99, the 17-yard score, two catches for 22, and the lost fumble. Corum had 17 carries for 93 and the closer, plus one catch for 8. The Rams listed 199 rushing yards (202 before Stafford's kneels) and a 60% rushing success rate, a season high, NFL Next Gen Stats said. ESPN team stats match 386 total yards, 28 first downs, and 34:14 of possession. Las Vegas had 350 yards and 25:46. Nacua caught eight of 10 for 68 and the record ball. He also ran twice for 10. Allen had four for 20 and two scores. Colby Parkinson caught five for 48 and was the intended receiver on the tip Dean intercepted.

The Rams still have not scored a touchdown on an opening drive this season, NFL.com noted. After the first three-and-out, they scored on the next four possessions. They went 5 of 10 on third down and did not attempt a fourth. The Raiders went 2 of 5 on fourth down after the fake punt. Mike Washington Jr. led Las Vegas on the ground with 6 carries for 27. Jalen Nailor had two for 14. Brandon McManus made all five extra points and did not attempt a field goal.

Cousins went 26 of 44 for 295, two scores, no picks, two sacks. Tucker caught five for 103 and the 37-yarder. Jeanty ran eight times for 15 and caught all eight targets for 61 and the 15-yarder. Brock Bowers had six for 73. The Raiders converted 3 of 14 third downs and 1 of 5 in the red zone. Los Angeles was 5 of 5 in the red zone, both clubs have that.

Gay made 30, 27, and 36 and missed 51. Stafford now owns the passing-touchdown record for two franchises (282 with Detroit, 155 with the Rams), NFL.com wrote.
