August 1: browse the Engine, don't expect a fill button
On August 1 we want you reading AthX Engine NFL projections the way MLB traders already check boards—who is priced for production, who is depth, who is still fighting for ACT roster status.
That is research mode. It is not "IPO opened early." If a page or rumor implies trading starts August 1, ignore it. Trading opens with the September window.
September 6–9: IPO week
The IPO window is the on-ramp: listable players and teams hit the marketplace so you can build a football book before Week 1. We are building toward mass IPO approval the morning of September 6 for the set that clears AthX listing gates (active roster status plus AthX Engine projection thresholds—see who lists).
After the window, the open market keeps moving with AthX Engine scoring and dynamic pricing.
What to do between now and Sept 6
1. Sign up—one account for MLB now and NFL when IPOs open. 2. Make a few MLB trades so fees and fills feel normal. 3. Skim AthX Engine NFL scoring so Half-PPR and 1.5 TE are not a surprise. 4. Bookmark AthX NFL for date updates. 5. If you care about hold time, read holding period fees before you flip IPO noise.
Bottom line
August 1 = AthX Engine projections. September 6 = IPO trading. Practice on live MLB so football week is just another book—not a tutorial.
